Feasibilities
The machinery program starts at a capacity of 150 kg up to 4'600 kg briquettes of
ecological residues per hour. Many residues as:
|
|
- shavings
- sawdust
- sanderdust
|
- straw
- cotton hushs
- coconut shellse
|
- peanut shells
- rice husks
- many more
|
can be converted into briquettes. Up till now Pawert-SPM delivered worldwide more than
170 briquettors.
Examples of application:
- A customer of Austria, whose big planer mill has 1'200 cubic meters of planer shavings a
day. PAWERT-SPM installed 2 double head briquettors with a shrink wrapping packing unit. The
customer presently produces 120 metric tonnes of briquettes per day and sells them
domestically for heating.
- A customer of Germany, owner of a big forest, has a lot of bushes and offcuts by
harvesting his forest. PAWERT-SPM converted these residues to briquettes diameter 75,
packed into cardboard boxes.
- A customer of Switzerland, residue contractor for woodworking industrie, has been
collecting wood resources since 1956. With his own fleet of 32 trucks, he compacts the
residues into briquettes with a PAWERT-SPM I-75/200 briquettor.
- A customer of USA dispose residues of sawmills with several Pawert-SPM-briquetting
presses II-90/200.
- A customer of Italy dispose residues of furniture factories with Pawert-SPM-briquettors
I-75/200. He saws with log cut-off saws, one log after another off the briquette string
and packs the unique logs fully automatic into cardboard boxes.
- A customer of Australia, who is a fuel merchant, collects since 1959 shavings of the
surrounding woodworking factories and produces briquettes with a Pawert-SPM-briquettor
I-75/200.A parquet manufacturer of Sweden converts the shavings and the sander dust out of
the parquet production with a Pawert-SPM I-75/200 - briquettor into briquettes.
- A customer of USA, a big banc, presses banc notes to save volume and to burn them
without danger.

The Pawert-SPM-briquett is a solid fuel with significant advantages:
- Efficient burning due to a low moisture content and high density.
- Reduction of initial volume of up to 12 times and therefore more economical transport.
- Density of up to 1.3 kg/dm3 (meaning wooden briquettes would sink and not float).
- Superb calorific value: a 2 kg briquette is equal to about 1 liter of oil.
- Low ash content
- Low emission
- High quality asset towards your economical, ecological and advanced environmental
company policy.
